Start Times;
It was agreed that the start time would continue at 8.45pm, with the first game to be claimed from 9pm.
Match Format;
Match format would remain the same as below
5 x Singles – 501 Best of 3 legs, straight start, double finish
2 x Doubles – 701 Best of 3 legs, straight start, double finish
Singles/Doubles Competitions;
Entries of participants may now be made on the relevant nights.
Registration to close at 8.15pm, with a prompt start at 8.30pm
Results Sheets;
All results sheets, team entries etc. To be submitted to the Berkeley Arms by close of business on the Sunday following the game.
Trophies V. Prizes;
Team events would receive trophies, with the singles/doubles receiving cash.
Registration fees;
Stay the same.
Committee;
Chairman and Treasurer to remain the same. (P Arnold and P Stewart)
